I can care less about spending so long as its paid for. Clinton and Obama could do math. Republicans (including you) cant. Thats why Democrats never used dynamic scoring with their spending programs. And they never told their base you could pay for their spending by cutting PBS or the salaries of gate attendants at Yellowstone park.
