Libs are ruining Chicago

I just read that the JW Marriott franchise in the heart of downtown has been in default of their loan for some time.  The hotel was just bought by the bank.

One of my best friends owns a place in the west suburbs near his business.  He also has rented an expensive apartment on the SW corner of Lincoln park...........$3000 per month including parking.  After 24 years of renting this place, he will not be renewing his lease in December.  The BLM folks have decided to intentionally ruin his and many other neighborhoods with the borish actions and violence.  It's unsafe for a white man to be on the bike path along the lake any time after noon on weekends.

The Liberal Chicago politicians refuse to stop this shit, and it won't end well for the area.  My friend will instead be renting a place where he weekends in Galena, IL.  There he won't have to deal with violence and thugs.  Businesses in downtown Chicago are leaving regularly because the actions of the BLM crowd and the inactions of the police at the mandate of the mayor and DA.

It's hard to kill this Golden Goose, but the Libs will do it unless things change dramatically and quickly.

Lincoln Park is as safe as it ever was.   I've already been there twice this year for Cubs games.    ANd the bike path is packed at all hours of the day.   I go on that too.    

Your own article doesnt even state what you claim (big surprise).   Business travel has largely been disrupted by ZOOM Meetings so all hotels everywhere that rely on business travelers are struggling with that aspect of their model..    Or as Boilerman translates that to...."black people"   

BTW- downtown Indianapolis is safe too.   Thats in light of the fact it has a higher homicide rate than Chicago and abides by gun laws amongst the loosest in the country.     I know you say you're too scared to go down there.   But thats a shame because its restaurant and bar scene are better than ever.   

People who are too afraid to go into the city should avoid commenting on what its like there.

I hear Uvalde is a great place for safety-minded  Republicans.      I suggest you move there.

Boiler's friend hates black people, yet decided to live in a city with a large black population. How completely motherfucking stupid is that? Of course, the easy remedy would be to learn to not hate black people, but since he's Boiler's friend, I assume it would be easier for him to grow antlers than to get rid of his racism.

Boiler describes the local black folks' actions as "borish." I guess his friend should move somewhere where his neighbors will be "interestingish." But if he's so afraid of black people that he refuses to go jogging in the middle of the day, moving won't help; eventually, he'll encounter a black person on the street, and he'll scream and faint and have to be revived by the paramedics, which he'll discover when he wakes up, ONE OF WHOM IS BLACK! EEEEEEK! (faints again).

And comparing the number of people killed in a small town to the number of people killed in one of the nation's largest cities is idiotic.

Zero chance that you've been on the bike path near Lincoln Park this summer.  ZERO chance.  The nearby Oak Street beach is horrible on weekends.  Frequent shootings and very unsafe to ride a bike past this beach area.  PJ argues that he knows better than my friend who has lived there for a quarter century.  My friend who used to ride that bike path every warm weather weekend.  My friend who used to visit Old Town every weekend..........you know, for only 25 years.

My friend lives at 1730 N. Clark St. (well, at least until December).  He now avoids the nearby Old Town restaurant/bar district.  This video shows what is now happening every weekend now in Old Town.  If you think that the disrpect the BLM crowd shows to drivers is unique, you are mistaken.  They fuck with anyone white and businesses are closing up.
