But getting back to the subject, would any of the right-leaning folks here have a problem if Mr. Trump or any of his people were arrested, assuming there is evidence that they illegally conspired to alter the election results.

Actually, I can argue with that, because I haven't insulted David Miller at all--I've simply described him.

If and when Trump is arrested and charged (or his lackeys are), we're certain to hear all sorts of apologia from our resident RepubliQ Trump-lickers. It'll all be FAKE NOOZE and a WITCH HUNT and a LIBURRUL KUNSPEERISSY. Count on that. It's a certainty.

Why am I certain? Because otherwise, they'd have to admit to themselves that they've been licking and cheering for a criminal.

But would you be OK if Biden was removed from office because he can barely string together two coherent sentences at this point before meandering completely off topic and back to the Obama era?  

For the last seven years of his Presidency, Reagan was a drooling, fumbling old man. He wasn't removed from office. For the entirety of his term, Trump was a narcissistic psychopath whose brain was obviously deteriorating. And he WAS removed from office. Dubya was obviously extremely low-IQ, and if you ever heard him talk, you'd wonder who had hit him on the head. He wasn't removed from office.

The process is called an "election." Maybe you've heard of it.

Of course, you're drastically exaggerating Biden's speaking flaws. You might watch a clip of his recent speech in Georgia--unless you just want to believe what you want. It's called "confirmation bias." You watch a one-minute Fox News clip of Biden stuttering and say, "Hyuk, hyuk, that sure proves it!" without also watching all the times when he's been perfectly OK.

I'm not such a fool as to not recognize that Biden has had a speech problem since he was a child, and he's yes, an old man trying to do one of the most difficult and stressful jobs in the world. But there's no comparison between removing him from office because he's physically incapable of doing the job and removing Trump because he was a multiple felon.

I'll tell ya what, Jerry....if even a fraction as many  of Joe Biden's cabinet, appointees and inner circle come forward and say he's unfit for office as they did under Trump I would support that measure instead of calling it FAKE NEWS.   That would be a massive step beyond what anyone on your side of the aisle did during the last administration.

But if your evidence that Joe's unfit for office is he "stammered at the press conference" I take you about as seriously as the tan-suit crybabies from the Obama era.    

Not going to argue with you about Trump and some of his inner circle but I did listen to Biden's entire presser the other day when media were asking him questions.  Within 60 seconds he meandered into the Obama era and did not answer the question.  Many times he refers to someone else as the President.  Even the most liberal media members are getting annoyed with it.  You guys can't deny that.
