M Life credit card attached to old players card

I recently applied for the M Life credit card and I want to get the players card account changed to the my new one. Who would I contact to do this, MGM or the credit card issuer?

I really don't want to lose the 1200 points I have on the new players card.

The credit card issuer can't do anything with your player account, so you should contact the player's club at the casino where you've played the most (an MGM property, obviously).

But, if you are talking about 1200 Tier points I wouldn't worrry about it if I were you.  BECAUSE...once you get the credit card and the new players card, you'll get automatic upgrade to Pearl tier, which normally requires that you earn 25,000 points in their 'tier year'.  So losing 1200 points isn't that much at this point.  If they are 1200 Express comps, it isn't enough to buy a cup of coffee, so don't worry about it either way. 

Either way you can't do anything until you get the new card/number.
