No workers, no grants, gutted healthcare...its a parade of horribles for MAGA farmers

“I’ve employed Americans, and they quit after a few days,” lamented Wisconsin Tracy Vinz, “They quit after a few hours.”  

Georgia produce farmer Mitch Lawson claimed he "lost nearly two dozen American employees before he qualified for $200,000," with Lawson stating, "I’ve had a couple who didn’t even last a whole day."

BUT ITS NOT JUST THAT.

"One night, in their kitchen, Kassidee [Ficke] prepared a meat loaf as she considered the relentless uncertainty their family navigated. How would the couple, who had no health insurance, pay for their daughter’s care if the administration and Congress gutted Medicaid?" the Post is reporting. "JJ never stopped accounting for the farming costs that would not quit climbing and the eastern Colorado drought that would not end. And now came the tariffs that could spike the price of equipment and the attacks on subsidies that protect commodity farmers when markets collapse."

Unfortunately, the magnitude of the coming disaster is only being perceived by the smart people. The dumb ones--who voted MAGA--will have to actually experience it.

It's not unlike when Mommy tells her toddler not to touch the hot stove. We told our MAGA toddlers what would happen. Unfortunately, the analogy ends there, because we're getting burned along with the toddlers.

I read that same story. I hope everyone of these MAGA bastards go broke. One of those farmers said it was a choice of the lesser evil.  😂

If that is how you prioritize things, there is no hope for you. And if that's your basis for a business decision, you don't deserve to have a business. If you own your own business, who you vote for is a business decision.

Yeah, but when half of the passengers decide to chop holes in the bottom of the boat, the other half will drown along with them. That's the real injustice. MAGA is ruining everyone's lives, not just their own. In a perfect world, we non-idiots would get to assume all their wealth, all their property. We'd designate one of the Aleutians as MAGA Island and ship them all there. Then we'd relax and enjoy the greatly improved United States.

Instead, we're all going to suffer. And of course, MAGA will blame everyone but themselves. I know I keep talking about secession and civil war, but really, do you want to live in the same country as the absolute fucking idiots in that story?

All 6 are in the conservative rural areas of Colorado.

I did see the caption re Delta County. That's Montrose, right? How is the local hyper-MAGA media addressing this issue? Are they ignoring it? Dismissing it? Blaming it on Biden?

Do any of the MAGAs in those areas see these hospitals and/or their Medicaid benefits as "fraudwasteabuse," or are they fearful and/or angry?

I also wonder how much credence "liberal" news media from Denver gets in those counties. Are these warnings even being heeded?

I know it ain't gonna be fun for them to have to drive from Grand Junction to Denver for medical care. Especially in winter!
