We had 4 years of MAGA howling about lawfare while their leaders and members were convicted, pled guilty, disbarred, censured, and lost civil lawsuits. MAGA said it was all rigged; none of these people did anything wrong. As the liberals kicked them in the nuts time and time again, they vowed to turn the tables and convict all the libs. It never occurred to them that all those folks were guilty and lied about most everything. There are still idiots who think the 2020 election was stolen, and proudly point to memes to prove their point.
Now MAGA is coming after their perceived enemies, and it's not going well. The case against Comey was laughed out of court—a nice kick to the nuts for MAGA by the libs.
The case against Letitia James was laughed out of court. Bam, another kick to the nuts for MAGA by the libs.
Alina Habba was removed as Acting US Attorney for New Jersey, as she was illegally appointed. Kick to the nuts for MAGA.
Now, the latest direct nut kick to MAGA at full force, MAGA goes after Jerome Powell; all of MAGA's subpoenas against him have been dismissed by a federal judge. Why? The assistant U.S. Attorney acknowledged that they have no criminal evidence.
So MAGA did the libs convict the guilty people in MAGA, or did the libs continually kick you in the nuts because they are so much smarter than you?
DOJ admits no criminal case against Jerome Powell | The Hill
"So what false statements did (Powell) make before Congress?” Boasberg asked Massucco, according to the AP.
“Well, we don’t know is my first answer. However, there are certain areas that he addressed that caused concern,” Massucco said.
Boasberg then asked about the DOJ’s evidence of fraud or criminal misconduct.
“Again, we do not know at this time. However, there are 1.2 billion reasons for us to look into it,” Massucco said."
"Boasberg on March 11 dismissed the Justice Department’s subpoenas request, citing “zero evidence” of wrongdoing presented by prosecutors.
“A mountain of evidence suggests that the Government served these subpoenas on the Board to pressure its Chair into voting for lower interest rates or resigning,” the judge wrote in his ruling.
Nut kick extraordinaire!
