MAGA keeps telling me I live a poorly run cesspool of a blue city.

MAGA keeps telling me that the Dem policies create crushing financial costs for their residents. I have a Democratic Governor and I'm in a suburb of a city with a Democratic Mayor. I wonder how that's working out?

Metro Denver’s inflation runs cooler than national rate

Denver Post Oct. 11, 2024

"Annual inflation rose 1.4% in September in metro Denver, matching the 1.4% annual pace seen in July. Denver’s inflation rate is running cooler than the 2.4% rate measured nationally in September with only Tampa, Fla., having a lower rate.....Prices for food eaten at home are down 1.1% since July and down 0.4% on the year, with a 5.2% annual decline in meat, poultry, fish and egg costs.....Energy prices have fallen 8.7% in the past year...Used car prices fell 4.3% in the past two months, while new car prices were down 0.3%"

Dang, no wonder I have a hard time understanding why MAGA is always whining that they can't afford anything, it seems those red states are out of control and don't know how to solve it.

Whining is more important than acknowledging reality for those clowns.

Millerscum recently posted a COMPLAINT about inflation being down to 2.4%--because, supposedly, some "experts" had expected it to drop to 2.3%!!! GOSH!!!

Trump tried to stop the border problem from being solved, but he couldn't figure out a way to keep inflation nice and high. WAAH WAAH WAAH!

Here is what you edited out - As of October 10, 2024, the inflation rate in the Denver-Aurora-Lakewood area was 1.4% over the previous 12 months. This is below the national average of 2.4%. Here's some more information about inflation in Colorado: Food and energy: Food prices increased 2.1%, while energy prices fell 8.7%. Other items: The index for all items excluding food and energy increased 2.0%. Housing: Housing costs increased 4.9% over the past year, which is higher than the national average of 4.7%. Restaurants: Restaurants and other food providers charged 7.6% more than they did a year ago, which is higher than the national average of 4.2%. Medical care: The cost of medical care increased 1.3%. Transportation: The cost of transportation increased 1%.

Max, the best part of your living in Denver is that you're hundreds of miles from Millerscum and his kind.

So the overall inflation rate was 1.4, but...

Stats you really want to believe are in bold. Stats you don't want to believe are not.

Do honest people behave that way?

How would Millerscum know how honest people behave? The people he adores are the polar opposite of honest.

To be fair, prices are pretty steep in MAGA-land. You got $400 sneakers, $100,000 watches, and $60 Chinese Bibles. Thanks, Biden!

In an effort to keep the post concise, I just highlighted the positive reasons for the 1.4% inflation. I assumed anyone wanting more info could easily find the article.
