They're pissed because the one rule fits all policy. One can't go fishing by himself in the state, for example. The great majority of the state is rural.

Seeds are available for delivery from Home Depot. Or Amazon. The inconvenience is a small price to pay.
This is the same bitter loser fake outrage group that comprised the Tea Partiers. You know, those folks who were angry about the deficit in 2010 but have had no problem with it since 2017. I doubt if many of them are pining to buy more seeds.
