Make Gun Owners Responsible When Someone In Their Household Uses Their Gun(s) To Commit Mass Murder?

It sounds like the perfect response to me.  Say you are a so-called responsible gun owner and you leave your guns unsecured in your home knowing someone in your household is mentally unstable.  They take your guns and shoot up a school. Why not charge the gun owner with a crime?

I'd rather we just let gun policy be made by people that aren't bribed by the gun manfacturing industry.
