The real question is, though, are they ENFORCING those rules? I asked at a couple of large establishments that had put up MASKS REQUIRED signs at their entrances, exactly what would they do if someone walked in without a mask? What if a store employee saw someone not wearing one? Would such people be asked to leave? And what if they refused?
I think anyone not wearing a mask should be tasered and then put in the dumpster out back. A second attempt to enter the store should result in the police being called. We're at the point where we can't afford to screw around.

Those are public health laws typically passed by state or local health officials requiring private businesses to enforce them or face closure. Have you opposed laws requiring you to wear seatbelts or motorcycle helmets? Yet, you think requiring wearing a cloth mask during a global pandemic is too big of an ask. How bizarre.

I know locally Costco has someone at the door. If someone approaches that doesn't have a mask on they tell that person they have to put a mask on if they want to come in. If the anti-masker ignores them and goes in anyway, they call the cops and request that a trespassing warrant be issued against the anti-masker so they will be arrested if they return again.
