Why are you concerned? You'll be charged as an adult.
I see David is once again posting things that he has no clue about. Felony murder isn't murder. It's a charge that was invented, a tough on crime measure, so the government can charge people that lack any intent to kill with murder.
Say you had a couple of drinks one night and you get in your car and drive home. On the way home, someone in the other lane crosses the center line and hits you head on. It's totally their fault. They die and you survive. Your blood shows you were legally intoxicated as your BAC was .09 percent. Congratulations you just committed felony murder. Your OWI was a felony and the felony murder doctrine allows them charge you based on the fact that someone died when you were committing a felony. In other words your gonna get the same treatment as someone that shot somebody point blank intending to kill them.

Look moron, I did not write the article - I posted it. ----Democratic Del. Charlotte Cruchfield introduced into the Maryland General Assembly the Youth Accountability and Safety Act, which would prohibit a person younger than 25 at the time of the offense from being convicted of first-degree murder under the state's felony murder provisions. Under those provisions, murder is classified as being in the first degree if it was committed during the perpetration or attempted perpetration of several specified crimes, such as rape, arson, robbery, burglary, carjacking, and other serious offenses. But with Cruchfield's proposal, which has the support of several Democratic co-sponsors, anyone under age 25 who murders someone while trying to commit one of these other crimes couldn't be charged with first-degree murder — a crime that in Maryland carries life imprisonment with or without the possibility of parole. ---https://www.foxnews.com/politics/maryland-democrats-bill-block-people-under-25-charged-felony-murder. -- Another source --https://www.newsbreak.com/maryland-state/2952083670826-maryland-democrat-proposes-law-barring-everyone-under-25-from-felony-murder-charges
