There's a silver lining in the big DOGE bullshit purge of government workers.    Its forcing Republicans to understand how math works and how our budget isnt dominated by salaries and benefits for civil service employees.

 

This week they have seen the light.

Republicans have conceded if they want to cut taxes for corporations and billionaires they have no choice but to cut Medicaid/Medicare/SS.   

 

So the only remaining question is who are they going to betray?  THe billionaires and corporations whose taxes they promised to cut?  Or the trailer park MAGA voters who were told they could keep their Medicaid?    I guess option (3) would be to honor both groups and blow up the deficit by an additional 850 billion.   Lets not put that past them.
