Oh, I think he tells the truth about that--in other forums on this site, he posts stuff that is sometimes informative (though a lot of his recent stuff has been just snipes at me). The voice he uses on those forums is reasonably sane non-asshole (which proves it's something he's capable of).
He may not be done with his trip yet--he usually spreads much more of his diarrhea after he comes back than he has in the last couple of days. Maybe he went broke and he's selling $10 blowjobs to replenish his bankroll.
