Solution to what? Yes, Boiler, it's not a "kill all Messkins" solution. But the idea is to cut down on border congestion--at busy crossings, the wait can be hours long. That doesn't have anything to do with your TRILLYUNS A' ILLEGULS FLOODIN' 'CROSS ARE BORDUR continual bleat.
