Why do you think so many House Republicans are retiring? It is because a lot of them have seen some of the non-public evidence Muller has via the congressional investigations and they know after the 2018 election the report is going to drop with Muller detailing what crimes Trump committed. They don’t want to be in the position of having to vote to Impeach Trump after being presented with irrefutable evidence because they know if they do, they will never win another election as a Republican again.
