Republican men have an abiding obsession with gender identity, because from when they were teenagers, they've been constantly asking themselves, "Why don't I like girls?"

They blame trans for their attraction to trans.

Men are men.  This is a confusing concept for so many Liberals.

How to spell "liberals" is a confusing concept for Boilerboob.

Even if they are Islamic men--this is so confusing to bigots.  

Boiler isn't a bigot; he has a black roommate!  Haha, sounds like a phrase from the '70s, but he shares it often.

A man is a human being who was born with the requisite organs, genitalia, hormonal array, glands, and reproductive equipment. A man can also call himself a woman and alter as much of that original equipment as he wants, as well as his dress, appearance, and mannerisms. The success and thoroughness of those changes will determine whether he is perceived and treated as a woman or a man.

That said, in modern society, and to a great extent, all past societies as well, gender identity has been as much about appearance and behavior as anatomy --and usually, one cannot see the anatomical features that would make it unequivocal. There have always been men who looked like women and vice versa--on purpose or not.

Therefore, if someone wishes to alter their appearance and behavior, I feel that they should be treated as a member of the gender they wish to appear as.
