Also note how the Post--a tabloid--presents the story: "ax white teachers", and how ABC presents it: "prioritize retaining educators." Reading the story, it's clear that this was all about white grievance. A white teacher was let go. A black teacher was retained. The white teacher claims that the decision was based on race, because how could a black teacher be better than a white teacher?
