Another quote on the Olympics and regarding the self-centered Christians.
"Paris Olympic organizers apologized Sunday to those who were offended and said the blue person was intended to be Dionysus. Officials added that it was not intended to be a picture of the "Last Supper" but that "the idea was to have a pagan celebration connected to the gods of Olympus. You will never find in me a desire to mock and denigrate anyone.""
How weird that the Olympics were thinking about ancient Greece when they came up with the idea of this performance and not Christ. Maybe all the Christians should be more inclusive to the rest of the world.
Remember how outraged all the Christians got when the Muslims objected to caricatures of their prophet and started killing cartoonists and authors? And now, if it even LOOKS like someone is making fun of THEIR gods (yes, Christians have more than one), they absolutely freak out.
All religion is utter bullshit, and perhaps its worst aspect is each and every side thinking that it has exclusive franchise to the truth and therefore, owns the right to wipe out everyone else who doesn't agree.
