More Trump lies exposed

Trump said that the Iranians blew up that girls' school themselves. However, videos prove that it was a Tomahawk cruise missile that hit the school--and neither Iran nor Israel have Tomahawks. The US Navy also confirmed that it fired the Tomahawk, which was ostensibly aimed at a nearby military base but in reality, was aimed at the school, because if it had been aimed at the base but hit the school, it would have missed by several thousand yards, despite the high accuracy of its guidance system.

Also, Trump said that the Iranian nuclear facilities had been "completely destroyed." However, US intelligence agencies recently reported that those facilities were merely covered with rubble and that their store of enriched uranium can be easily retrieved. Trump actually made that storage more secure.

Nothing that stupid, evil asshole pig says can be trusted.

My speculation is that Israel gave the coordinates and orders and US fired the missile. Israel probably told the US that it was a military target.

The administration practically admitted that Isreal is in charge.

Actually, that seems plausible. If anyone on the missile cruiser had known they were firing at a school, they probably would have refused the order. At least, I'd like to think so.

Israel coughed up the moral high ground in the Middle East some time ago. They've now killed 24 times as many people in Gaza as they lost in the Hamas raid. And they're way, way ahead in the kill contest in Iran.

The whole rationale for this Trump/Israel war is that Iran is a  bad bad nation that shouldn't have nuclear weapons. It's an open secret that Israel has them. So I guess that's OK? Because they're the good guys? That rationale is well past its sell-by date

The problem is there was almost no plan. The plan was do a few rounds of bombing and there and the civilians would overthrow the existing government.  Talk about nuts.

It seems Israel did have a plan and is now bombing the oil infrastructure.  It seems they duped Trump. Now Iran is going to work on destroying the oil infrastructure in other countries.  Gas might hit $10 gallon. MIGA!

There are reports that officers are being told to tell their troops that The US attacks on Iran are meant to trigger Biblical Armageddon and the return of Jesus.

So potentially we have high up officials in the military that are members of a death cult.

Apparently some believe that Trump will be the one to "light the signal fires" of Armageddon. Wouldn't that mean that he is the Antichrist?

One of Israel's first actions as a new nation was to attack its neighbors and expand its borders.

I have to somewhat disagree about them coughing up the moral high ground but only because I'm not sure they ever had any moral high ground to cough up.

The moral high ground has been that they've always been the targets of nutjob terrorist organizations like the PLO, Hezbollah, Hamas, Crazy People With Lotsa Guns, etc. etc. etc. Generally, their military actions have been defensive in nature, though they extend that definition to include preemptive attacks.

Also, of course, Israel is largely composed of the descendants of Holocaust survivors, so the civilized world has generally given them a free pass. Pretty much a collective guilt trip over having done nothing to stop the genocide--and the US is the guiltiest nation. We could have saved them all.

There's also the strain caused by being surrounded on all sides by enemies and the continual announcements by those enemies that they will wipe Israel off the map. Though I'm reminded of Russia's centuries-long complaint that they're surrounded by enemies--perhaps the reason for that is that they've, at one time or another, invaded every nation that borders them.

But my judgment is that Israel is doing the exact same shit to the Palestinians that was done to them by the Nazis, with almost the same timeline and gradually escalating brutality. So my sympathy for them is waning quickly.
