Mueller: 'If we had had confidence that the President clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so."

Republicans/Conservatives love having a criminal in the White House.

Lol, what choice did we have?  Liarry Clinton?  Like the Clinton's aren't criminal.

Take off the rose (I'll avoid the word red) colored glasses and try to smell what you are shoveling comrade.

His full remarks:  transcript

"We did not, however, make a determination as to whether the president did commit a crime. The introduction to the volume two of our report explains that decision. It explains that under long-standing Department policy, a President cannot be charged with a federal crime while he is in office. That is unconstitutional. Even if the charge is kept under seal and hidden from public view, that too is prohibited. The special counsel’s office is part of the Department of Justice and by regulation it was bound by that Department policy. Charging the president with a crime was, therefore, not an option we could consider."

Or you can read the cliff notes from William Barr -

Case closed.

What a total waste of money! 2 years wasted while we get nothing done on illegal immigrants, health care and infrastructure. Impeachment will simply hand Trump a second term, Pelosi knows this, her young minions not so much.

He said he didn’t have enough evidence, if you don’t have enough evidence then you can’t move forward.

After almost 3 years $30+m, millions of documents, thousands of interviews - nothing.

Nothing but a ton of indicitments, convictions, grounds for impeachement.....and a shitload of angry Russian sympathizers

But nothing against President Trump, which was the purpose of the $30m investigation & in yesterday’s ramble he admitted he had insufficient evidence.

LOL, and if the demorats aren't careful, there will be whole bunch more indictments.

As PJ well knows, a good prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich.  Fact is, Mueller couldn't indict any significant folks connected to Trump in reference to COLLUSION or OBSTRUCTION.

Perhaps Barr will fare better in his investigations.
