But I hope Biden does another debate. Our resident Libs are no longer telling us how sharp and snappy Joe is. What news outlets convinced them he was?

ABC News will host the second debate between President Biden and Donald Trump on Tuesday, Sept. 10, at 9 p.m. Eastern Time.---- I do not believe that there will be one. America now knows without a doubt that Biden is brain dead and is a puppet that has been paraded out front and center while they were destroying America behind the scenes.

We saw the SoU speech, as well as several other public appearances. You did, but you chose to ignore them.
Biden was obviously ill the day of the debate, Trump was all pumped up with drugs. Nothing was proved.
Believe what you want--we know you're a fool, with horrible reasoning skills.
And who are "Libs"?

You use the phrase "brain dead" as if you are serious, and worse, as if you know what it means.
The word "vegetable" is also similarly used, though it is not the same as "brain dead."
Neither of those is in correct useage as applied to Mr. Biden. It only suggests, or demonstrates the shallowness of the speaker's/writer's vocabulary as applied to medical neurological functioning. Biden is neither, of course.
In your defense, I can recall when these words gained colloquial use decades ago, often heard in hospitals, especially ICUs, in reference to this or that patient, highlighting the laziness of language and lack of respect with which a caregiver viewed such unfortunate patients under his/her care.
"Brain dead", more correctly termed "Brain Death" is a legal declaration requiring the presence of three (3) criteria as determined by the qualified neurological professional after certain extensive testing:
- Persistent coma
- Absence of brainstem reflexes
- Lack of ability to breathe independently
Reference: Pediatric and Adult Brain Death/Death by Neurologic Criteria Consensus Guideline.
Report of the AAN Guidelines Subcommittee, AAP, CNS, and SCCM. Published in Neurology 2023;101:1-21.
"Vegetable", is more properly termed "Vegetative State" or "Persistent Vegetative State" (PVS).
Persistant Vegetative State, a disorder of consciousness, means the person has lost higher brain functions, often following an injury, but their undamaged brain stem still allows essential functions like heart rate and respirations to continue. A person in PVS is alive, and given time may recover to some degree. Brain death means the person has died.
Biden is able to walk and talk, aware of his surroundings, follow commands, i.e. 'squeeze my hand', 'walk this way'. It is an error to label him as either "brain dead" or "a vegetable." IMHO it is highly disrespectful to label Biden, or anyone in PVS, as "a vegetable", whether you agree with his politics or you don't.
When a person, i.e. an LVA poster, wishes his words to be taken seriously, he should use correct vocabulary. JMHO.

I've schooled David repeatedly on this concept, but he's so very, very, very much in LUVVVVVV with the term, I doubt he'll ever be able to let go of it--like a doggie with a worn-out favorite chew toy.
There are a couple of amusing tangents here. The first is that the term, when used as an adjective, shoiuld be hyphenated. But that's a fairly obscure rule of English that I don't really expect David to understand.
The more hilarious side note is that David (and his fellow conservitard goons here) constantly accuse Biden of running and manipulating this vast conspiracy to do this that these those things, like STEEL DUH ELEKSHUN and raise the prices of goods worldwide and in other galaxies as well. On the one hand, Davey says that Biden is a zombie, unable to think, walk, or talk, and on the other hand, Davey accuses him of being a cross between a James Bond villian and Emperor Palpatine from Star Wars. Kind of a contradiction, eh?
As to whether it's disrespectful to label someone this way, especially when the label is grossly incorrect, I'd say, well, sure...but when has Davey Dog shown any respect for anyone other than his master, Trump?

My usage of "brain dead", as you know, refers to one who's brain is not functioning in a normal manner. Biden's obvious mental decline is apparent to any who are sanely objective. You seem to base your objection of my words because I do not express my opinions in a 100% correct manner - but you and everyone else knows what I am saying. My choice of words and verbage - an your problem with my choices - I find ironic. You never seem to criticize others who obviously spew hatred, lies and filth. Why is that?
So "not functioning in a normal manner" is the same as "dead'"?
Davey Dog's brain is not functioning in a normal manner. (Although, one wonders if it ever has.)
Oh, and as far as proper word usage is concerned: "WHOSE" is a possessive, and "who's" is a contraction.
"Verbage" is not a word. "Verbiage" is a word that means "excessive amount of words," which does in fact perfectly describe David's widdle speechies with which he so often graces this forum.
Candy objects TO, not "of," your childishly stupid word misuse.
Glad I could help!

According to the internet, the correct spelling is verbiage - I stand corrected. To note - 'Verbiage' refers to speech or a piece of writing that is lengthy. 'Verbage' is a common misspelling of this word.

Common among the uneducated.
