Mark Kelly. I think he would be a great pick with his military background and I like the idea of delivering AZ for team blue.

I am for Kelly as well.Harris has a tough campaign ahead.I think difficult if Harris picks a women.Governor Newsom has a silver tongue. Nevertheless two from California really a long shot. Personally I feel it's all a mess.
I vote for Stormy Daniels.
Seems like she needs a white guy to help her win, you know, DEI stuff.
Stephen Colbert.

At least she had a job. It's a start. Now if she was just black and a dude she would be a lock.
The people who promoted the mayor of Wasilla, Alaska to be second in line for the president probably should refrain from the qualifications argument.

What's that awful stench? Could it be racism?

It would be pretty transparent that that would be the only reason he was chosen. And "military background" is something that appeals more to MAGAs than to Democrats.
Of course, any choice from one of the battleground states, that's what it would look like--not because the candidate is best qualified, but a move to scoop up voters.
I therefore continue to recommend Stephen Colbert. If he's not available, then Guy Fieri.

The more I thought about it, the more I became convinced that McCain actually thought that Obama should become President and chose Palin to deliberately tank his candidacy.
