You have some odd homosexual fantasies, Kevin.

Kevin wrote: "Also, what O'Donnell reported wasn't necessarily false. He just honestly and forthrightly admitted that he hadn't properly vetted it."
The lawsuit he was facing wasn't for not properly vetting what he said. It was for "The [NBC] Program and Tweet make the false and defamatory statements that 'Russian oligarchs' co-signed loans provided to Mr. Trump by Deutsche Bank, and described these 'co-signers' as 'Russian billionaires close to Vladimir Putin.' "
By now, he's had time to properly vet the statements, and make the same statements without worrying about a law suit if his statements were factual. He hasn't, and he won't.
I'm very sorry, Bob, that the only experience you have of getting your balls licked is by another guy. Unless you're into that sort of thing, of course.
Threats of lawsuits aren't the same as lawsuits. And threats from Trump aren't even worth noticing.
News organizations have lots of attorneys on call. They're used to being sued. Trumpers (you) may want to fantasize that our bigly President bullied MSNBC into the retraction, but it's highly unlikely that that factored into the decision.
Of course you want to say the worst about them, that they only retracted the statement because they were cowering in fear over the prospect of being sued by Trumpie-poo; that they didn't do the retraction out of simple journalistic ethics. You will believe what you want to believe, but I ask you again--has Fox news ever issued such a retraction? Has Trump ever admitted a lie and apologized for it?
You have some odd homosexual fantasies that involve people you don't know, Kevin. It looks like you are some kind of pervert!
"Threats of lawsuits aren't the same as lawsuits. And threats from Trump aren't even worth noticing."
O'Donnell and NBC sure noticed it. How many times have lawyers for Trump sent letters to "news" outlets demanding retractions and apologies, or face litigation if they don't? There's this one...
Fox News has issued retractions. And Trump - liberal lies are misstatements but Trump misstatements are lies - Trump has issued retractions, many of them for remarks that were sarcasm or jokes. I'm not going to defend everything he has said. That doesn't mean everything he has said is a lie.
Bob & others - there is no point in having a discussion with kevin. He calls 62m Americans traitors & the only criteria for doing so is that they disagree with kevin. That is the stuff of dictators. Along with his crude insults, the whole process is a wasteof time with him
I call them traitors because they support a traitor. Whether they agree or disagree with me doesn't enter into it.
But you're right in a way, Tom--Bob's wielding his mighty rhetorical sword by calling me a pervert because I oppose Trump is pretty pointless.
And Tom---"criteria" is plural. It's "criterion."
Again with the spelling police......you must be a miserable college professor. Who else could be so strange?
Yeah, caring about the English language (or knowing how to use it) isn't exactly a Trumper thing.
