My guess would be "basketball teams."
I don't have a favorite in it but do enjoy keeping up with it. Small bets on the games makes them more fun to keep up with. Always fun to see a low seeded team pull out a win like High Point did yesterday.
I put down money early in the year on Michigan, but am pulling for Arizona. The wife is pulling for Purdue
I think Az, but I am hoping for St Johns
I've got Illinois going all the way. I also like St Johns and Houston.
Arizona vs. Houston in the Final. Houston winning this year after coming close last year.
For some odd reason, I'm not interested in the slightest this year. Can't put my finger on why.

I've never been that interested in big-time college sports, because the athletes are professionals and decidedly NOT students.
At the University of Oregon, the coach of the football team makes EIGHT TIMES as much as the highest-paid faculty member. The athletic program runs at a huge deficit that adds $2,500 to the annual tuition of every student.
It's a farce. And a given team winning a championship says nothing about the wonderfulness of its university, home city, state, or anything else. It's just Big Business making Big Bucks.

I think that is what it is actually. Why I'm no longer interested.
