The reason why they don't have court dates is they haven't been charged with any crimes. Crossing the border legally isn't a crime, even if you aren't an inbred Texas white boy shitkicker.

None of this was happening until brain dead Biden took office - this alone is reason to impeach Biden. One thing for sure, if President Trump was currently in office and this was happening, the DemocRats would be screaming and demanding that he be impeached.

"They" weren't applying for asylum, dodo bird. They were seeking temporary residency, for work, to be with family, students, etc. (I'm referring to the vast majority of those allowed to enter the country legally; obviously, there are SOME migrants seeking asylum.)
I'll educate you...in just about any country in the world that isn't a fascist dictatorship, people who are admitted at the border are "allowed to disperse"; the government doesn't implant a tracking device.
