New Whistle-Blower Blows Whistle on Earlier Whistle-Blower

It seems a new whistle-blower[WB#2] contends that old whistle-blower Eric Ciaramella [idenitified in poor old DonDiego's post of 10:06am on 1 November within the thread entitled "The WhistleBlower" - now assigned the code-name WB#1, has violated Federal Statutes by soliciting donations from anonymous sources through a GoFundMe (GFM) page.

Apparently any such donations constitute "gifts" to a current Inteligence Officer which are restricted because of the employee's official position.  Also the "gifts" may come from prohibited sources.e.g. foreign citizens or agents.

The GFM site has already raised $227,000 for WB#1.  Poor old DonDiego supposes WB#1's lawyers instigated the GFM to insure payment for services rendered to their soon-to-be popular client.

DonDiego trusts justice will prevail, . . . eventually.

Look at what burbled up from the conservative sewers. LOL even if this is true, GOFundMe funds are held in trust for a specific purpose. For example, the funds would be held in trust by the person that started GOFundMe to pay the Whistleblower's legal fees. Under trust laws, trust funds don't belong to the beneficiary of the trust because he or she has no control over them. The trustee controls the funds.  That is why they can't be garnished or otherwise attached in a legal proceeding. 

Given the story you cited, the idiots at Gateway Pundit are full of shit.  Every other source(all conservative) that is reporting this says the funds were solicited by a 3rd party, not the whistleblower.  

But we do know Don Diego and the Gateway Pundit sure do love witness intimidation. 

DonDiego expects that justice will be served, meaning Donald Trump will eventually go to prison, and I agree with him and applaud his candor.

Government types can’t take private money.   Unless it comes through a hotel next to the White House.

DonDiego is apparently very credulous when the source of his "information" is an alt-right website.
