Googled it and it seems that is only the case when the mother's life is in danger or the fetus isn't viable. In other words, it wouldn't survive outside the womb.

RD, you'd best look that one over as Mark isn't painting an accurate picture. Mothers mental health is also a provision. Also, a baby who manages to survive an abortion attempt can legally be done away with.

Its probably a good thing those fetuses (feti?) are unviable. The Joel Osteen crowd sure as hell doesn't want to pay for their SNAP and healthcare after they are born.
