Musk made a couple of offhand remarks, which were backed up by a couple of comments made by Republican members of Congress, that all tariff revenues will be placed in a "special fund" that will be "accessible" by DOGE.
This was pretty much buried under the avalanche of tariff news, which might have been the Turd's goal all along. Just like cat-eating Haitians, his shtick has always been say/do something outrageous and horrible in order to cover up something else even worse.
