Total bullshit. By the way, I am retired and receive Social Security which disqualifies me from receiving welfare checks. As an aside, I have no need for government assistance - I worked for 60 years and have never received any type of government assistance. You should know all about "sucking off" the government where you currently reside.

California is projected to have a $97.5 BILLION surplus this year. And California is investing in its own insulin manufacturing so that no one pays more than $30 a vial.
And since there is no more room to build in Southern California or the Bay Area, the losers who are moving to Texas are rapidly being replaced by those who are better educated and more successful. Just because you don't qualify, please don't be bitter.

If there is such a surplus of money and all of the educated living there, why are San Diego, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and many other cities over run with the homeless, drug dealers, gangs, illegals,etc.? You paint a "pretty picture" but conviently leave out all of the real problems.
