No free pass on Twitter lies for Trump

After serving as Trump's primary propaganda outlet for over four years, Twitter has finally started flagging his lies with fact-check links. The most recent was a response to Trump's oft-repeated but baseless claim that mail-in ballots are fraudulent.

The last straw was Trump accusing Joe Scarborough, a former Republican congressman who now works for MSNBC, of murder in the 2001 accidental death of an aide.

Twitter now says it will flag false or misleading content. It originally was going to restrict that policy to tweets about Covid-19 but has since expanded it to include other topics.

Trump, of course, went ballistic, accused Twitter of interfering in the 2020 election (???????????), and ran around the White House like a headless chicken, bouncing off of walls.

This is it for the Orange Orangutan. He's fucked. Without his primary lie platform, how will he get his propaganda out? I mean yes, he still has Fox News, Limbaugh, and Hannity, but they're not instantaneous. The value of Twitter to Trump was that he could tweet any random shit that bubbled to the surface of his mind instantly.

Might as well concede the election to Biden now. Trump without Twitter is like Jeffrey Dahmer without his surgical knives.

Once again the lying Kevin has embellished the truth. President Trump did not accuse Scarborough - he stated that the death needed looking in to. There was running "like a headless chicken, bouncing off of walls".

Do you think Trump lies?
