This'll all go back to the 9th Court of Appeals again, then to SCOTUS if necessary..which is likely. SCOTUS has already requested additional evidence briefs from both sides before issuing a ruling in the Chicago / Illinois conflict. So, we'll see what the conservative leaning body rules..but we can guess / speculate, right?
