As a Californian, I have to say the bad does outweigh the good, but my wife and I make a decent wage as teachers....and our job is not easy, as some on here think. We have thought about getting out of California to a state that has a lower cost of living, but we love our house, which is paid off, our neighbors and neighborhood and our only child lives here. Honestly, there is good and bad in every state, but California is a very liberal state, and a constant target of conservatives. Kind of funny that California lives in the minds of people halfway across the country. Hate on, Haters!
It's just conservitard envy. Secretly, they'd like to live in a place where people are decent to each other and they don't worship a criminal rapist, but they can't admit it. California is beautiful and the weather is better than just about everywhere else.
And you know 'bout them liberal policies? They mean that California has good schools, parks, roads, medical care, and environmental policies; and they mean that hatred isn't an official government policy, like it is in, say, Tay-ucks-ass. Boilerboob and Millerscum are simply jealous.

Honestly, I don't even know what David posts, I have him blocked. He spewed obsenities at me and called me obtuse, or something like that, and didn't want me to address him after I called him out about one of his posts, so I have concurred. Now I just post funny things regarding his post headlines, which we all know isn't an original thought, but something he just copied from Facebook. Overall he's just a fucking asshole and I could care less what he posts.
