Well, not really.  Norway ordered top-down containment orders to enact social distancing which is the biggest containment effort.

Trump has been absent in this endeavor, leaving it to the states and municipalities.  We just now got word here in Indiana that our restaurants and bars are closing.   Thats not from our Federal Authorities - thats from our governors office.

Wrong-o. They have had a pandemic response team, and a well-defined strategy, in place for over a decade. Trump made sure we had no such preparations.

You see, that's why Norway has reported so many cases--they're way ahead of us on testing, and you can Google THAT if you want. Factor in the respective populations and get a per capita figure and you'll see we're way, way behind them. As we are everyone else.
