Same problem as before, though---the Orange Pusbag made the courts so Trumpy, that all any moderately skilled lawyer has to do is go venue shopping and his treasonous client will go scot-free.
Bizarrely enough, there's not a lot of enthusiasm for tracking down and punishing either the instigators or the perpetrators of the insurrection. Maybe because doing so costs political capital without any corresponding gain. I think we all just have to throw up our hands and acknowledge that the idiot 75 million support treason, and with that level of support, it's nigh-impossible to enact justice.
Not sure I want anyway to support a system that is so fundamentally flawed that it routinely awards the Presidency to the candidate who received the fewest votes. That's so fucked up as to be beyond words. Plus, an alarming proportion of the citizenry believes any random shit they see on Facebook, Fox "News," or social media. No way will we ever fix our system.
