Well, with Trump, it's that he knows that Obama towers over him and makes him look small and weak. For much of the rest of the population, though, it's more that they think that a Black person achieving higher social status than, say, a janitor, let alone becoming President, is a violation of the natural order.
I'm not using hyperbole here. There are millions of people who think that having a Black President was an abomination. Similar numbers think that a woman should never be President.
