Identity theft: Not Guilty
First degree official misconduct: Guilty
Violation of duty: Guilty

That is guilty to 4 of 7 felonies and all 3 misdeamors.

Unfortunately, this is small potatoes compared with what's going to happen in swing states. The RepubliQ have quietly stuffed county and state election boards with MAGA election deniers. Any state Trump loses will have its votes blocked.
Not sure how much trouble CO is in in that regard. Boebert Land may refuse to acknowledge a Trump loss.
Besides Tina Peters, I didn't know of any other elected official who publicly denied the results of the election. Interestingly, our county commissioners decided in the 2021 local elections that all the ballots would be run thru the new Dominion voting machines, Clear ballot voting machines, and counted by hand. The results showed that the results from machines were the same. The difference between the machines and the hand count were most prevalent for Prop 120 when it was 9 votes different than Dominion and 13 different than Clear Ballot. The biggest problem were ballots that weren't counted by the machines because voters couldn't follow directions and were marked outside of the circle. Democrats shouldn't worry about CO. As far as CO, the state is continually ranked as one of the five most educated states in the US. The Pew Research study of the 2020 election showed that the only education level that Trump won outside the margin of error were those with only a high school diploma and high school dropouts. That's why he said that he loves the poorly educated.
