Ohio Orders Purge of Ineligible Voters from State Voter Rolls After Finding 137 ‘Non-Citizens’ Registered to Vote.

The DemocRats will be outraged -- https://www.theepochtimes.com/us/ohio-orders-purge-of-ineligible-voters-from-state-voter-rolls-after-finding-137-non-citizens-registered-to-vote-5650040?utm_source=ref_share&utm_campaign=facebook&rs=SHRNCMMW

Of course, they aren't necessarily non-citizens or ineligible to vote. You should try a media source that isn't owned by the Chinese Falun Gong cult.

The "Epoch Times" isn't a news source. Aside from that, every state has a small number of registered voters on the rolls who are ineligible for one reason or another. Routine.

Hi MP.  Most likely they were LPRs.  These are legal permanent residents who qualify for green cards but aren't citizens.  There are almost 13 million LPRs in the US.  I am very close to a family headed by a LPR.  I've helpled raise her daughter since she was 2.  Her mother is a Vietnamese refugee who worked as a seamstress.  Lisa will be graduating from Chapman Univ in December with a Masters in Medical Science in their PA program.  A LPR is eligible for a driver's licenses.  With motor voter, there is a place to register to vote.   Completing it could be done by accident.  As far as Ohio, the 137 account for 0.002% of registered voters in the state.  In 2020, the state had 117 people who were illegally registered with 13 of them voting.  Take care.

But...but...but...five million of those 117 people voted for Biden!!!! It's a conspiracy, I tell ya!!!!

Nobody said anything about illegals.

Here is what the state wants to do

This includes people who moved to a new address, failed to update their registration and did not engage in voter activity − such as casting a ballot − over the past four years.

boards must identify: Voters whose information does not match their BMV records, such as name, date of birth and whether they're alive or dead.

Registrations previously flagged for removal that are still on the rolls, provided they're still inactive.

New registrations that received an acknowledgment in the mail from a local board that was returned as undeliverable.

Is there anything wrong with this?

Nope, but I think that DemocRats aren't outraged, except according to Epoch Times, although the article is behind a "paywall". That being said, 137 voters?

The 137 ineligible voters were found in a sample test. That is why they are now going thru the entire state.

The article's "author" poses that this kind of audit is something that's new, unusual, or different--in order to make his stupid drool-mouth compaint that Democrats are "outraged" by it. That is in turn fed by the tired narrative that Democrats are all about voter fraud belch grunt snort.

The reality is that EVERY state conducts an annual audit of voter registrations, so whatever the posturing by Ohio officials may be, it's a nothingburger, not news. Of course, David got hooked and kerfuffled by it. But he's a dupe.
