He's solely to blame, but there may be more to it than is apparent. The oil companies are making beaucoup extra bucks, selling the same amounts of the same products for 33% more. I wouldn't be at all surprised if it turns out they stuffed a couple billion in the Turd's pocket to encourage him to start this war.
