Sorry I clicked on the link.  I knew better when provided by this poster.  Hoped it would at least be something respectful.  But, typical.   Kevin Lewis goes after David Miller with guns blazing for reasons I don't understand.  I can't understand why Kevin likes this one.  Worst offender of all, IMO.  They can ban me, I don't care anymore.

For clarification, David, I don't have that many bones to pick with Kevin Lewis.  He and I can converse in relatively respectful tones on most occasions.  It is Vegas Todd that is one of the most insulting posters, if not THE most.  Has he ever posted one useful thing other than nasty cartoons?   I'm sure Todd couldn't care less what I think.

     Well, in my opinion, you are right about both of them as you have seen and will continue to see as time goes forth. 

I know quite a few people who enthusiastically voted for Trump in 2016 but now seriously regret having done so. If they didn't regret their vote before 1/6, they definitely were regretting it after 1/6.

I tell them that they should have -- could have --  known in 2016 what they were getting when voting for Trump after he became the prime purveyor of the bogus and racist birther conspiracy theory, became "dean" of Trump "University," and outrageously denigrated the war service of John McCain and by extension all those who, unlike himself, served their country in time of war.

It was entirely predictable from what was known about Trump in 2016 that he would be willing to destroy our democracy and flout the Constitution rather than accept a personal defeat.

The lesson of the Trump Era, after all is said and done, will be that character counts and those who make a Faustian bargain to support a low-life scoundrel in order to  advance their political agenda will come to regret having done so.

Candy...first of all, I don't "like" Todd, though I agree with him politically (mostly). Similarly, my utter loathing for David Miller has absolutely nothing to do with his politics--it has to do with his crude, obnoxious, and mean-spirited way of arguing.

In fact, in that regard, Todd and David have far more in common than either of them would ever admit. David gets kicked down a level IMHO because of his continued support of the loathsome Trump.

McCain was someone I greatly respected. That moment when he corrected one of his fans screaming the birther lie was iconic. God knows, Trump would never have done that. McCain had honor. Trump has absolutely none.
