Once Again Republicans Reveal They Have No Healthcare Plan

They were supposed to unveil their new plan on Monday but that has been indefinitely postponed.

It seems they can't come up with anything better than Obamacare. That doesn't suprise me as Obamacare as passed was the plan first invisioned by the Heritage Foundation and then first implemented by Mitt Romney in Massachusetts.

Incorrect as enhanced subsidies were introduced to make the marketplace plans more affordable.

"Enhanced subsidies" ??? =taking  tax payer money and giving said money to insurance companies for their increases in health care. This was not done to make healthcare "more affordable" - it was done to hide the rising costs of Obeymecare.

Yes, that is how the conservative Heritage Foundation designed the plan. The insurance companies get the money. If your healthcare system utilizes private insurance companies to make it function, the money goes to the private insurance companies.

I don't like it anymore than you do but until Republicans and or Democrats indicate a willingness to cut them out of the picture, that is what we are stuck with.

This starkly illustrates the blind, stupid loyalty of MAGA. If anyone else, politician or otherwise, has been saying they would do something for literally ten years but has never done it, and then they pompously announce that now's the time, they're finally going to do it--wouldn't they get laughed out of the room? Not Trump and MAGA!

And to be clear, we're not talking about implementing a new healthcare plan--we're talking about coming up with one. The Turd hasn't even done that--thougn if he ever does, it will of course be ludicrously bad.

The Orange Pig is nothing but bluff, bluster, lies, and hot air. He still has a death grip on the minds of America's morons, though.

Don't forget that the original version of Obamacare did just that. The insurance companies would have been replaced by a government agency. They wouldn't have gone out of business, as they would have been free to sell insurance plans, and in fact, they would have made more money, as they would edit out the highest-risk customers.

David yeeps and moans and whines about the insurance companies getting taxpayer money. He conveniently ignores the fact that his cult is 100% responsible for that. Republicans insisted on keeping the status quo. Democrats agreed to compromise in order to get SOMETHING passed. They should have stood their ground, and probably would have if they had known how intransigent MAGA was going to be.

It's not rocket science. Single payer healthcare has been successfully used in civilized nations for decades. Meanwhile, we have double the per capita health care costs of civilized nations and are 23rd in life expectancy. That's what for-profit healthcare does.

You are full of shit. This part of your post -- If anyone else, politician or otherwise, has been saying they would do something for literally ten years but has never done it, and then they pompously announce that now's the time, they're finally going to do it--wouldn't they get laughed out of the room? -- Illustrates the fact that EVERY Presidential candidate has made the same promise for years - from Hillary to Obama. You, with your typical asshollery, lyingly place ALL of the blame on President Trump even thought this problem has been in existence for decades. It is obvious to any sane individual - you excluded - that health care is a convoluted quadmire perpetrated by the health and pharmaceutical industries. Lobbyists have lined the pockets of politicans for years - and those said politicans have made sure that nothing has been done to lower costs as they line their pockets with lobbyists money.

Trump-licker 😂😂😂😂😂
