Let's include February, and ignore the leap year, to make the stupid Turd's statement seem as reasonable as possible. First four months of the year: 31+28+31+30 days. 120 days--nice round number. 16 weeks is 16x7, or 106 days. So 16 weeks is not even close to four months, which is actually 18 weeks. A Trump abortion ban of "16 weeks, or four months" would be idiotically vague and probably unenforceable.
