Accepting and employing migrant workers is hardly "exploiting" them or the country they're from. They make 6 to 10 times as much money as they would doing the same work at home. Then they take/send their earnings home.

At I point AC declared that there would be suspensions & terminations for bad behavior in the Sink.  Within 1 week kevin was suspended again.  With only 1 strike left for kevin he then declared it a no rules zone.  It is on the description of the Sink.
