I'll link to this guy, who is an even-handed, mega-published doctor and academic. The key point he raises is: whether someone is "senile" isn't really the (provable) issue. The point is whether you want someone mentally degraded (but not technically senile) as president of the US. And what it says about both the US and you if you do. The issue has to do with where people set the acceptable-as-president bar.
He says the obvious -- being president requires a high mental bar. The question isn't whether Biden is so degraded as to be incompetent. The question is whether he qualifies mentally to fulfill the job of president.
These are pretty obvious perspectives, but you don't read or hear them. You mostly get false dichotomy stuff (he's either "good enough" or "senile"). "Good enough" doesn't really cut it.
