MAGA under oath, losing money, being convicted of crimes, or losing their ability to practice law. The wheel of justice grinds slowly, but they're grinding through MAGA one by one, a bunch of convicted liars.

Delaware judge rules Newsmax coverage of Dominion Voting Systems was false, defamatory

"Newsmax Media published defamatory and false statements accusing Dominion Voting Systems of rigging the 2020 election, a Delaware judge ruled Wednesday, though a jury must still decide whether the conservative news outlet is on the hook for damages.

The ruling by Delaware Superior Court Judge Eric Davis is a partial victory for Dominion in its $1.6 billion lawsuit but leaves Newsmax with other possible legal defenses at a trial scheduled to begin on April 28 in Wilmington."

Looks like that judge has a bias.  He hamstrung the Fox case.

Yea, I've seen that legal point being made by MAGA, and the rebuttals of it. Either way Fox News caved so their lies wouldn't be exposed in court, paying $787 million. 

Newsmax just lost and we'll see what the jury might award. Newsmax can appeal or settle at this point, but they lost this lawsuit.

Yeah, that Presidential immunity will do that for you. It's like if you had a football game and one team couldn't play defense, and the other played both offense and defense. Who would you bet on?

Aaaand, just like that AZ has removed 50,000 illegals from its voter roles.  Liberals deny they want the border open for New Democrat voters, but we all know it's true.

The bold italics are mine, this is very similar to Aaron's claim that 15 million voters disappeared from the Biden election to the Harris election, proving voter fraud. It proves nothing.
