Pardon Me! Trump Goes On A Crime Spree Before Leaving Office

(CNN)The Justice Department is investigating a potential crime related to funneling money to the White House or related political committee in exchange for a presidential pardon, according to court records unsealed Tuesday in federal court.

The case is the latest legal twist in the waning days of President Donald Trump's administration after several of his top advisers have been convicted of federal criminal charges and as the possibility rises of Trump giving pardons to those who've been loyal to him.

The disclosure is in 20 pages of partially redacted documents made public by the DC District Court on Tuesday afternoon. The records show Chief Judge Beryl Howell's review in August of a request from prosecutors to access documents obtained in a search as part of a bribery-for-pardon investigation.

The DOJ seized 50 electronic devices.

So, Barr finds no evidence of election fraud, and evidence of a bribery-for-pardon scheme!?!?   Interesting!  How does the liar-in-chief spin this?

You are not pardoned - Mark goes on another slime spree with another fictitious story that will go nowhere just like ALL of his past slime sprees.

Sure, that court filing is just made up. You can see the actual court filing David.

(I've been reading) that the pardon was probably for the 2016 Trump deputy campaign manager Rick Gates. Why? Because the court redaction still showed that the last name as a possessive had an apostrophe on the end, meaning the name probably ended in an 's.' Also if you look at the redacted document, the name appears to be about five letters long.

Which is weird because Rick Gates apparently cooperated with the prosecutors fully, and he doesn't seem to be particularly wealthy. Anyway, trying to figure this out is fun.

In David's twisted fantasy world, anything he doesn't want to hear is "fictitious," and it's mandatory for him to make a childish, snide comment about the person who reported it.

Aside from that, it's a certainty that Trump is shaking down members of his administration for bribes in exchange for nebulous promises of pardons. We all know that the Orange One is deep, deep in hock and he's going to need a lot of expensive lawyers once he's dragged out of the White House.

You're mentally and emotionally incapable of simply disagreeing with someone without insulting them, aren't you?

That's pathetic and kind of sad.

Your above posting describes you to a "T".

I'm describing YOU. Learn to read.

You really should quit ruining threads with your insults and personal attacks. I know that's how you get your jollies, but surely there are other places you can soil with your presence.

Okay, here's another question that you don't have the huevos to answer:

All of the reporting is based on a partial unsealing order from the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Here is the link: https://www.dcd.uscourts.gov/sites/dcd/files/20gj35%20Partial%20Unsealing%20Order.pdf

How is that fictitious?
