RepubliQ calls for cutting off aid to Ukraine are getting louder and more strident. The Orange Turd's bromance with Vlad the Impaler is continuing to inspire the Trump-slaves.

The most ridiculous argument is that we shouldn't be "spending taxpayer dollars" to support Ukraine. Do any of those idiot talking heads have any idea of how much more taxpayer dollars would have to be spent if we let Russia win??

I can't help but be reminded of all the bitching and screaming (mostly by Republicans) about Lend-Lease funds being used to prop up Britain and Russia. Yeah, it would have been cheaper to let them be defeated. In the short run.

I want more aid to Ukraine.  Biden's a pussy and won't send jets.  Why, because Sleepy's scared of Putin.

The runways needed? The range they have?

Should Biden make the Ukranians promise not to bomb Russia with them? 

Um, Ukraine is confident the F16's would help substantial.  Biden's scared to death of Putin.  Trump would have sent jets.

Does anyone know if Biden made his support for Ukraine contingent upon a political favor to smear an opponent?      I sure hope not..    He would have to be a major Putin lapdog to do something like that.

My Marine/FedX pilot buddy tells me six months for pilots........since they've already flown jets.

Maintenance? Parts? Specalized support equipment? Ammunition? Techs with the ability to repair battlefield damage?

It ain't that easy or simple. And the Russians have a LOT of antiaircraft weaponry--also, they have fighter jets, too. Lots of them. Those jets wouldn't last long in a combat environment.

The airfields where the jets would be based would be under constant attack.
