What the hell is this?
My guess is they didn't attach his toupee properly when he left the hospital and that is an adhesive strip that would normally hold his rug down. His hair "technician" probably didn't want to get too close. You can see the line between the lighter thicker hair up top and the thin and stringy looking hair on the sides. Poor Donnie! He is just falling apart.
