I just want to know how offended people like Tom, Boilerman, and David M are about it. Because when Colin K exercised free speech to protest police brutality our resident conservatives were so outraged they decided to boycott the woke NFL Football league.

As the wife of a Supreme Court Justice, she should probably stiffel that right to avoid any look of impropriety and bias by a sitting judge. When she did it, the meaning from the trumpster crowd was well known. Comes with the territory in my opinion.
It is interesting though how MAGA is running to Altio's defense while at the same time bashing Judge Merchan because his daughter is a Democrat and works for Democratic politicians. Alito's wife did it knowing he was on the Supreme Court, Judge Merchan was recently randomly assigned to Trump's hush money trial. MAGA never really seems to have any core ethics or beliefs, they blow in the wind depending if it's their team or anyone not their team. Sad.

Yes. Equally. Glad you get it. MAGAs' rights don't supersede those of their opponents.
It's also worth noting that conservatives have deemed the judge in Trump's NY trial to be disqualified to see over that case because he has a daughter who is an active, partisan Democrat. So by that logic, we should conclude the same thing about Supreme Court Justices Thomas and Alito for the action of their wives, right?
