The Patriot, Samuel Alito

Tom said, "Alito's neighbor enjoys the right to free speech and expression

So does Alito's wife."

Assuming, he isn't lying about it being his wife, which we all know he is, the flag was up for several days meaning Alito drove home and saw it flying day after day.  If his wife put it up, he should have taken it down immediately upon seeing it the first time.  Since he lives there and let the flag fly for six or seven days he violated the rules of conduct that all Federal judges must abide by.

A flag flew at his residence supporting a lawless insurrection where police officers were beaten and a few eventually died as a result of the injuries that were inflicted upon them.  He must recuse himself from any January 6th case or any Trump case as the rules of judicial conduct dictate.  I don't expect him to as he has repeatedly engaged in unethical behavior in the past.

A judge who doesn't respect our laws, the judicial system, law enforcement, the rules of judicial conduct, and the peaceful transition of power, has no business being a judge let alone a Supreme Court Justice.

What kind of man throws his wife under the bus for his misconduct? I hope if the Democrats take back the House they impeach him for his unethical behavior.

First of all, how do you know he is lying? Seconsly, who are you to tell anyone what they should do? Cite the rules of conduct that you say he violated. There was no insurrection. The DemocRats will not take back the House.

From the offical code of conduct for Federal Judges.

There is nothing there to back up your statement. Cite the rule - there is none.

😂 that is the actual rule.  You read 2 A and then the commentary for further clarification.

Honestly, this doesn't look good for Alito, whether it was his wife.....or him.   The fact that it was up there for several days, makes the statement that he was fine with it, knowing what it meant.  Either way, not a good look.

SCOTUS already lost its virginity with the Thomas RV Extravaganza...as far as ethical conduct and the appearance of impartiality is concerned, we know that the conservitard justices are as die-hard MAGAs and Trump slaves as could possibly be. It's time we stopped pretending that they're Supreme Court Justices at all.

Oh, and Mark, when Millerscum posts nonsense like "there was no insurrection," that's a signal that future discussion with him is pointless.
