What kind of photographic evidence were you expecting? The first-hand witness account is the evidence.  The salon owner has to be one of the dumbest people on earth to draw attention to the fact she has been running an illegal business for months. 

It would be like a bank robber making a "sting" video of a convenience store clerk accepting his ill-gotten cash as payment for a pack of smokes and then posting the video as "proof" of what a crook the clerk was. 

The business was open for the staff to work on the sidewalk. 

There is no evidence that work was being done inside, other than the word of Pelosi's person.
